As my profession career working in a hospital, in various sitting in pharmacy in out-patient and in-patient pharmacy and dealing with dispensing and must provide counselling services to all types of community. What was noticed is the lack of time, accuracy and personal space that make patients fully aware about their treatment. Eventually, we realized that we need to reflect our responsibility toward the community
